Returns must be made within 15 days with a receipt to receive a refund/replacement. Refunds will be returned via the original payment method; credit card refunds will be made to the card used in the original transaction.
Items must be unused and in the original packaging. Any open item or items not in their original packaging will incur a 20% restocking fee, to be deducted from the refund total.
Items returned without a receipt will be refunded via store credit in the form of a gift card and will be refunded at the current sale price. If you wish to make a return with a gift receipt, you may receive a store credit in the form of a gift card or we can issue a refund via the original payment method (credit card refunds will be made to the card used in the original transaction).
Defective items may be returned or exchanged at any time.
You may exchange an unopened item for a different size, style or item with or without a receipt. If the item being returned is of a lower value then the item(s) being purchased, the value of the returned item will be applied to your new purchase. If the exchange is being made without a receipt, the returned item will be exchanged at the current sale price.
Some exchanges due to defects must be addressed directly with the manufacturer. If you have questions about an item and possible defects or damage, please send us an email at email@example.com and we will help determine if we are able to exchange the item, or if the exchange must be handled with the manufacturer.
Online purchases may be returned in store or by mail. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over Rs.500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in shipping.
Once your online return is received by mail, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your item is being exchanged, we will send out the new item as soon as possible. If you are eligible for a refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the credit card or PayPal account that was used as the original method of payment.

If you received an item as a gift and you wish to return it by mail, please let us know when you contact us and we can issue your refund as a store credit instead if you wish.
